SPJST is seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as insurance sales/marketing manager. Under the supervision of the Vice President, the candidate will oversee sales and marketing programs of SPJST; establish sales quotas for territories; assist in managing budgets; evaluate sales performance; and manage and develop marketing programs and materials such as advertising, event support, and online promotions.
Qualifications – The position requires a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 3 years experience in life insurance sales and marketing. Candidate must rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Candidate will perform a variety of tasks while leading and directing the work of others.
