SPJST Ambassador
Scholarship Program
The SPJST Ambassador Scholarship Program develops tomorrow's leaders through community service, leadership training, and professional mentorship. Selected annually from the newly elected Mr. and Miss SPJST, Ambassadors represent SPJST across Texas while completing a year-long service project and earning a $2,000 scholarship.
Leadership Beyond a Title
SPJST's highest youth leadership honor — built for those ready to lead, serve, and grow.
The SPJST Ambassador Scholarship Program is SPJST's highest youth leadership honor. Each year, one young man and one young woman are selected to serve as SPJST Ambassadors following the Legacy Leaders competition at the State Youth Showcase.
Throughout the year, Ambassadors lead a meaningful community service project while representing SPJST at events across Texas. Participants receive mentorship from SPJST leaders, develop professional skills, and gain hands-on experience that prepares them for college, careers, and community leadership.
This program is more than a scholarship. It is SPJST's investment in future leaders.
