SPJST accepts online payments for your certificate (life insurance policy) premiums. Our payment processor, ePayPolicy, charges the following fees:
- 3.25% on Credit Card payments
- $3 on ACH/E-Check payments
- $25 on chargebacks
Please refer to your SPJST billing statement. Your Certificate Number will need to be inserted on the ePayPolicy payment screen.
