2026 Incentives Reporting Forms

SPJST is proud to continue our established program designed to engage members in community work and volunteerism. This initiative motivates lodges and rewards their efforts to demonstrate benevolence, humanity, and brotherhood both within SPJST and in local communities. The strongest lodges are those that meet regularly, uphold best business practices, and maintain consistent operations with the SPJST Home Office.

Incentives for this program are granted to lodges and youth groups that contribute volunteer hours in community service; host social engagement activities; raise funds; and achieve this criteria:

Lodges

1 Regular Lodge Meetings

Hold Regular Lodge Meetings/Activities in accordance with Section 72 of the SPJST By-Laws and offer a well-rounded fraternal program.

2 Submit All Required Forms

Lodge Activities/Events Reports (Quarterly Due Dates):

April 15, 2026: For Jan, Feb, Mar activities
July 15, 2026: For Apr, May, Jun activities
Oct 15, 2026: For Jul, Aug, Sep activities
Jan 15, 2027: For Oct, Nov, Dec activities
